SuperClaw Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SuperNet Inc. (“SuperNet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the SuperClaw website and the hosted SuperClaw service (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

We collect information you provide when you create an account, subscribe to the Services, or communicate with us, including:

  • Account information (e.g., email address and account credentials)
  • Billing information (e.g., billing contact details and subscription status). Payment card information is processed by our payment provider, and we generally do not store full card numbers. We may receive limited payment metadata (e.g., card brand, last four digits, expiration date).
  • Support communications (e.g., emails, messages, and attachments you send to support)

Information we collect automatically

We collect certain information automatically when you use the Services, including:

  • Usage data and logs from your OpenClaw instance and Service activity (e.g., timestamps, errors, resource utilization, and operational events)
  • Technical information about your device and browser (e.g., IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system)
  • Security and audit logs (e.g., login events and administrative actions) used to protect the Services and prevent abuse

Customer Data in your instance

Your OpenClaw instance may store and process data that you upload or generate within the Service (“Customer Data”). Customer Data may include content, files, configuration, prompts, and other materials you choose to store in your instance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
  • Provision, operate, and support your OpenClaw instance
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send service updates, security alerts, and support messages
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve reliability and user experience
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Storage and Security

Each customer receives a dedicated OpenClaw instance with persistent disk storage. Your instance data is designed to be isolated from other customers. We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Backups, if any, are performed for operational resilience and disaster recovery and are not guaranteed.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating the Services (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers, monitoring/security providers). These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide services to us.
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of SuperNet, our users, or the public
  • Other parties with your explicit consent
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (information may be transferred as part of that transaction)

5. Data Retention, Export, and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes (such as security, dispute resolution, and compliance with law).

Customer Data export window: If you cancel your subscription or your account is disabled, we will generally make Customer Data available for export for 7 days, after which we may delete Customer Data and deprovision Instance resources, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements (for example, to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or prevent abuse).

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide and improve our service. This includes essential cookies for authentication and session management, as well as analytics cookies to understand how you use the Services.

We use PostHog for product analytics to help us understand feature usage and improve the Services. Where required by law, we will obtain consent for non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access and review your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal and operational exceptions)
  • Export your data (within the export window described above, where available)
  • Opt out of marketing communications (you will still receive service and security messages)

To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email address below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
